We’ll talk through your short-term and long-term goals, current progress, and any roadblocks you’re facing — whether physical, mental.Customized Workout Programming
We’ll review your current training plan and discuss modifications based on your feedback, schedule, access to equipment, or progress. You’ll walk away knowing exactly what to do and why you're doing it.Nutrition Coaching
We'll assess your current eating habits, discuss your nutrition targets (calories/macros), and identify simple, sustainable strategies to improve your results. We will put together a meal plan to fit your lifestyle/goals as best as possible.Problem Solving & Accountability
Do you struggling with time, motivation, or sticking to the plan? This is your time to get support, troubleshoot challenges, and build momentum with clear action steps.Duration: 30 minutes - 1 hour
Held virtually via Zoom at a time that works best for you. Sessions are scheduled monthly (or as needed based on your plan).

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA, with a passion for transforming lives through smart training and sustainable nutrition. With over 5 years of experience in competitive bodybuilding and 1 year of hands-on coaching in nutrition programming, I specialize in helping clients not only look their best—but feel their best from the inside out.
From cutting phases to muscle-building seasons, I've walked the walk—and now I’m here to guide you with the same discipline, strategy, and support that built my foundation.
